We charge a Non-Attendance Fee of $40 for all missed appointments.

Paying fees for your consultation:

Caversham Village Medical Centre requires payment on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners and AMEX cards).
Medicare rebate can be claimed from Medicare on the same day.
All Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.
All other consultations including Medical examination (Driver Licence, Marine Licence, Heavy Duty or Firearm Licence, Insurance report), please ask one of our friendly reception team members for a fee schedule.
Our consultation fees are reviewed regularly.

Theatre Fee:

Caversham Village Medical Centre charges the theatre fee to cover the cost of consumables, instruments sterilising and dressing for all lesion and minor procedures.
If you need to book for a procedure, please contact our practice to discuss the out-of-pocket expense.
